摘要
对 8 0份广西春大豆地方品种的株高、主茎节数、单株分枝数等 8个农艺性状进行了测定和聚类分析 ,结果表明 :该群体的主要农艺性状具有较为丰富的变异潜力 ,其中株高、单株分枝数、单株荚数、单株粒数、单株粒重、百粒重变异较大 ,主茎节数、生育期变异较小。通过聚类分析 ,当阈值为 6 .9时 ,供试材料被分为 6个性状不同的组群 ,各组群的农艺性状差异明显 ,有利于育种亲本的选配。
Cluster analysis of agronomic traits, including plant height, nodal number of main stem and the number of branches per plant of 80 local spring soybean varieties in Guangxi was conducted. The results indicated a high level of variation in plant height, number of branches, pods per node, seeds per node, yield per plant and 100-seed weight, but low-level variation in the nodes and growth period. The materials were classified into 6 groups at 6.9 of the threshold. Each group had obvious features, which would be helpful to select parental lines for breeding.
