The traits and shortages of managing models for promoting vegetable industrialized production, including leader enterprises, special markets, farms, circulation entities and technique association were compared and analyzed. The measures posed for promoting the development of vegetable industrialized production in Guangdong should focus on strengthening techniques by training and critic education, enhancing field construction for special crops, setting up and developping native farm owner and technical association, supporting leader enterprises developing and raising export efficiency etc.
