摘要
针对部分客车存在变速器档位操纵比较重的问题 ,对影响变速器档位操纵的因素如操纵方式、力传动比、静态换档力、耗散力、同步时间等进行分析 ,提出改善档位操纵的一些建议 ,并提出采用“老手法”来评价车辆的变速操纵性。
The paper aims at some buses which have the problem of heavy operation on gear-shift, analyzes some factors affecting the gear-shift such as operation way, force drive ratio,static shift force, dissipation force, synchronization time etc, puts forward some improving suggestions, and proposes the method of using old hand way to evaluate the gear-shift performance.
