糖尿病性冠心病中医病机分析及组方构想

Studies on Pathogenesis and the Formula of Diabetes with Coronary Heart Disease

本文在流行病学调查文献基础上,综合历代有关消渴(糖尿病)及胸痹(冠心病)的文献研究发现,消渴病机有转化为胸痹的规律,两病之间存在共同的病机特点;其基本病机以气阴两虚为本,瘀血阻滞、痰湿内停为标,其中阴虚与气虚互为因果,而瘀血、痰湿既是气阴两虚的病理产物,又是消渴导致胸痹的中心环节。故确立滋阴益气、活血祛瘀、化痰通痹的标本兼治法则,拟订降糖舒心方用于治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的防治。

To study pathogenesis and principle of treatment of diabetes with CHD on the basis of epidemilogy of diabetes and the ancient documents of emaciation thirst and Obstruction of Qi in the chest,the basic pathogenesis of diabetes with CHD is the Defiency of both Qi and Yin and the Disorder Accumulation of Blood Circulation and Stagnation of Phlegm- Dampness in Middle Jiao. Nourishing Yin and Supplementing Qi and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and resolving phylegm to invigorate pulse- beat (the Formula of Jiang tangshuxin,降 糖 舒 心 方 ) may be basic therapeutic principle of diabetes with CHD.
