远程高等教育步入“调整期”:挑战还是契机?——电大教育发展的思考

Distance Higher Education Steppes into an ″Adjusting Period″: Challenge or Turning Point﹖

我国远程高等教育发展已由初期高速的数量扩张阶段转向注重质量保障和提高的“调整期”。这对电大教育发展将带来诸多挑战;但调整是为了更好地发展,这更将给电大教育带来重要的发展契机。因而电大教育应对调整的策略应该是:遵循规律──坚持教学质量是电大教育发展的生命线;彰显特色──强化电大教育办学优势;弥补不足──建设良好的教育环境,让学生切实感受到校园文化的熏陶。

China's distance higher education has turned from quality expansion phase into an ″adjusting period″ focusing on quality guarantee and improvement. It brings challenges to RTVU education, but adjustment is aiming for better development and it is also the turning point. The strategies for RTVU education adjustment are: following the rules--sticking to the concept that teaching is the lifeline for RTVU education; displaying features--strengthening the advantages of RTVU; making up for the shortcomings--building better surroundings for students.
