人口素质是可持续发展的基本内容 ,也是可持续发展实施的关键因素。可持续发展的实施过程中 ,必须把提高人口的身体素质。
The quality of population is the basic content of sustainable development,as well as the key parts of carrying out the sustaineble development.In the course of enforcement of sustainable development,it should be put in the first place to improve the population quality,scientific and cultural levels and phycological quality.
