摘要 国家九部委关于限制电池产品汞含量的规定将在新世纪初开始实施 ,克服电池无汞化进程中的障碍已成当务之急。碱性锌锰电池无汞化是一项系统工程 ,机械设备、工装模具、原辅材料、零配件的生产与加工、生产环境、工艺技术参数及其控制等均需在原有基础上完善和提高。文章根据国内碱性锌锰电池的技术和装备现状 ,结合中国国情 ,从机械设备、原辅材料和生产工艺等方面概述了推进无汞化需要解决的技术问题及措施。 The regulation about confinement of battery's mercury content promulgated by nine national ministries and commissions, will be carried out at the beginning of the new century,and it's an urgent affair to overcome the obstacles in the course of realizing battery's elimination mercury.The elimination mercury of alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery is a systems engineering item. The machine and equipment,production molds,primary and secondary materials, fitting's producing and processing,production condition,technical parameters and their control, and so on, all need to be improved and consummated on the intrinsic base. According to the technology and equipment status of national alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery, and combining with the situation of China, the article, summarizes the technical problems and measures that need to be resolved while pushing battery's elimination mercury, from the aspects of machine and equipment, primary and secondary materials, and production technology.
