摘要
中国教育正面临着一场变革,素质教育已深入人心,个别化教学作为推进素质教育的一个有效措施,逐渐成为人们关注的热点,但我国的传统是以社会本位为价值取向的。教师对个别化教学的理解多局限于技术操作层面,这直接影响到个别化教学的有效实施,因此,我们有必要对个别化教学的历史进行梳理,总结经验,以推进素质教育的发展。
China's education is facing a profound chllenge and quality education has been deep in people's hearts.Individualized teaching being served as an effective method to promote quality education,has gradually become the hot point on which people concentrate.Traditionally,China education has a character of society based values or ientation,so teachers'understantding about inidvidualized teaching is most confined to technological operating and this directly effects the promoting of individualized teaching.It is necessary to discuss ideas of individualized teaching through a historical research for promoting the development of quality education.
