随着网络技术的发展，网络信息不但给高校德育教育提供了新的创新机遇，同时也对高校德育教育工作提出了挑战。如何抓住机遇、迎接挑战，是摆在高校思想政治教育工作者面前的一项长期而艰巨的任务，必须高度重视，采取措施，增强高校德育教育的实效。

With the development of internet technology, internet information not only provides new innovative chances, but also puts forward a challenge to the work of moral education in universities. How to grasp the chances to meet challengs is a long term and hard task confronted by workers of education on thought and politics, so we must think highly of it and take measures to strengthen the effect of moral education in universities.
