摘要
“人本主义”哲学观强调人是哲学的出发点和归宿点。从当今师德建设角度讲,这一理论具有深刻的现实意义。它是新时期“以人为本”的师德建设的哲学基础。“以人为本”师德的内涵主要是:关注每一位学生的发展,尊重、理解、引导每一位学生走全面健康发展的道路,时刻以学生为中心。
Philosophical idea of 'humanism' emphasize that a person is the beginning and the end of philosophy. Speaking from today's moral character of teachers, there is a deep realistic ritual of the theory. It combines with teachers' moral character of 'humanism' in the latest term and form humanism spirit of modern times' education. In the teaching idea of science and the moral ritlual idea of 'teachers love'. The main idea of moral character of humanism is to pay attention to every student's development, respect, understand and guide every student.
