赞皇县地处山区，自然条件恶劣，交通不便，经济结构以第一产业为主，今后发展上，应立足特色资源优势，采取“以特养商”、“以农带工”、“工商哺农”的经济发展战略，形成农工贸一体化、种养加工一条龙的产业格局，提高产品附加值，并根据不同地域的经济发展条件，进行合理分工，统一规划，促使全县经济稳定、快速增大。

Zanhuang County, located in the mountain area with poor natural conditions and bad traffic,has an economic structure based on agriculture. Therefore,its development should centre around its local natural resources,which are exploited with the strategy of 'enlarging business by local products,promoting industry by agriculture and enriching agriculture by industry and business'in an attempt to integrate agriculture,industry and business and to link planting,feeding and processing. Moreover plans should be systematically made in the light of different conditions in different locations.
