Tb(Ⅲ)、 DTPAA、 PAS三元配合物的合成、表征 及其荧光性质的研究

Synthesis,characterization and fluorescence property of Terbium(Ⅲ )complexd with DTPAA and PAS-Na

用 ＴｂＣｌ３、二乙三胺五乙酸的酸酐（简写为ＤＴＰＡＡ）和对氨基水杨酸的钠盐（简写为ＰＡＳ）在水溶液中制得了Ｔｂ３＋的三元配合物，并通过元素分析、差热－热重分析、紫外和红外光谱、荧光光谱。

The three-kind complex is prepared by using TbCI3,DTPAA and PAS-Na in aqueous solution,characterized by elemental analysis,UV spectra and IR spectra. Its luminescent propery is inrestigated by determing fluorescence intensity,fluorescence lifetime and fluorescence quantum yield. So it is possible that the complexis used as fable in fluoresent immunoassags.
