摘要
将记录式光谱仪的谱图用扫描仪输入计算机,通过适当的程序对其谱图进行处理,从中提取出吸收曲线及坐标轴,把光谱曲线数字化,进而可应用多组分同时测定及双波长法、导数光谱法,从而使现有仪器的检出极限提高到一个新台阶,使原有仪器的性能有所提高。
Inputting the spectrogram of recordable spectrograph into the computer and processing it through some proper program can bring about the extraction of curves and reference frame i. e. the digitlaization of spectrogram,with which such ways as manifold component,double wavelength and differential coefficient spectrogram can be applied to move the detect minimum of current instruments to a new level and to improve the qualities of these instruments.
