摘要
目的研究亚低温低压缺氧对大鼠脑单胺类神经递质含量和血清电解质水平的影响。方法采用48只健康成熟雄性Wistar大鼠,分别在10℃和20℃环境条件下,地面和模拟上升至3.0km和5.0km高度停留lh,然后以30m/s速度降至地面,立即取大鼠脑组织制成匀浆测定5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)和多巴胺(DA)的含量;取大鼠血清检测钠(Na^+)、钾(K^+)和钙(Ca^2+)含量的变化。结栗在10℃环境5.0km组的血清Na^+、K^+及脑组织匀浆中5-HT含量均低于相应的地面组(P<0.05或P<0.01),但脑组织匀浆NE含量显著升高(P<0.05);在10、20℃环境中3.0km组脑组织匀浆5-HT含量均低于相应的地面组(P<0.05)。结论亚低温环境中,高空缺氧可引起血清Na^+、脑组织5-HT含量降低,NE含量升高。
