咽鼓管通气功能检查法对比观察

Contrast observation of ventilatory-function examination of auditory tube

目的探讨咽鼓管通气功能检查法在招飞体检中的应用。方法将99名飞行人(学)员，分别应用4种方法检查咽鼓管通气功能，并与低压舱法进行比较分析。结果咽鼓管开放压力测定法及鼓室压峰点位移法误差均较大，尤其是评定为不良者与气压舱法符合率分别为23．4％、28．0％；咽鼓管咽口形态与咽鼓管通气功能没有明显的相关性；高压氧舱法与低压舱法评定结果完全一致。结论鼓室压峰点位移法可用于初步评定咽鼓管通气功能，气压舱法应作为招飞体检和飞行人员健康鉴定的检查方法。
