Report of 27 cases of allogeneous transplantation of the kidney

报道27例肾移植、存活23例。文中重点讨论:①应用粗支架管经膀胱引流治疗输尿管瘘的方法及其优点;②抗排冲击治疗后发生的上消化道出血应用血液透析治疗能稳定人体内环境、提高凝血机制而达到止血的目的。

27 cases of transplantation of the kidney were reported,of whom 23 were still living. Two aspects were discussed in detail: (1) The method and advantage to treat ureter fistula by the urinary bladder drainage in a large diameter support tube; (2) Theupper digestive tract hemorrhage after anti-reje- ction ballistic method could be treated by blood dialysis to stabilize homeostasis and strengthen coagulation mechanism with the view to hemostasis.
