浅谈我国宪法监督制度的完善

The discussion of the improvement on the constitution control system

宪法是我国的根本大法,对国家政治、经济、社会生活有着重要权威性。宪法监督是依宪治国的关键。我国现有宪法监督制度有着明显的缺陷,中国应当既立足本国实际,又顺应世界宪政发展的基本潮流,完善宪法监督制度,充分发挥宪法作为根本大法的作用。在分析了我国宪法监督体制弊端的基础之上,对我国宪法监督体制的完善提出了一些建议。

The constitution control is the key factor of the country' s administration according to The Constitution. There are obvious flaws in our present constitution control system. Aimed to perfect our constitution system and make it much effective as the fundamental law, we should base the system upon our reality in China, meanwhile comply with the main trend of constitutional development in the world. This paper analyses the flaws in our constitution control system, and gives suggestions of constitution control system.
