中药灌肠联合TDP治疗慢性盆腔炎的护理体会

Nursing Experience From a Combined Therapy of Enema With Chinese Herbal and TDP Treating Cases Suffering From Chronic Inflammation of Pelvic Cavity

本文采用中药红藤汤灌肠、TDP照射、心理护理的综合护理措施,治疗慢性盆腔炎79例,治愈42例,有效35例,有效率97%。无任何不良反应,效果满意,供临床参考。

A general therapeutic strategy combining enema with red vine( a kind of Chinese traditional medicine),lighting with TDP and mental care are applied in treating 79 cases suffering from chronic inflammation of pelvic cavity, among them, 42 cases have been cured, 35 cases are considered effective with a rate of 97%. No reversed action have been noted,therefore,the overall treatment effect is satisfactory and it can be referred to clinical practice.
