五年制医学生的德育理念

摘要 五年制高职教育是高等职业教育的一种重要形式。医学院校的五年制高职起步晚。医学生的德育养成,要注意贯穿两种理念,一是要关注五年制学生的特点,二是要关注医学生的特点。具体地说就是“管”——严格管理,“转”——学生管理从被动向主动转化,“导”——让学生走自我发展之路,尊重学生主体地位。“联”——医院与各界联手,共同造就既具有专业技能,又有良好职业道德的人。 Five-year high vocational education is an important part in China's education system. Five-year high vocational education in medical college starts late. As to students' development, we must pay attention to two factors. Firstly, we must focus on five-year students' characteristics; secondly, we must attach importance to the characteristics of medical students, that is, ″Management″--manage strictly, ″Transform″--from passive management to active, ″Guidance″--let the students develop by themselves and respect their principal parts in school, ″Combination″--combine with hospitals to foster students who are professionally skillful and morally educated as well.
