摘要
采用超声乳化溶剂扩散法制备了阿奇霉素超细粉体,讨论了溶剂、温度、阿奇霉素浓度以及稳定剂种类和用量等条件对微粉粒径及形貌的影响.实验结果表明,在实验选定的最佳实验条件下(结晶温度0~5℃,阿奇霉素浓度0.03mol/L,1%聚乙二醇(PEG)、乙醇为溶剂),可制备出平均粒径为500nm的均匀分散阿奇霉素超细粉体.
Ultrafine particles of a poorly water-soluble drug, Azithromycin, were produced by a new method, ultrasonic emulsification sovent diffusion. The produce was characterized by SEM and FT-IR. The effect of solvent, time, temperature and stabilizer on the produce's morphology was studied. The results show that the optimal condition is: crystal temperature 0-5 ℃, duration of action 2 h, stabilizer 1% PEG, concentration of Azithromycin 0.03 mol/L. Under the optimal condition the partice average size of Azithromycin reaches 500 nm.
