摘要
以简化单方向瞬态模型 ,探讨在中国地区以自然冷冻 /融化法处理上 /下水污泥之可行性 .首先收集 1 960~ 1 990三十年间中国大陆数个主要城市气温资料 ,并据此计算不同污层于单方向冷冻及单方向融解过程的所需时间 ,由此推知各大城市以天然气候进行冻融法处理污泥的可行性 ,并求取处理污泥层铺设厚度与所需面积 .
Based on a simplified, transient, one dimensional heat transfer model, this work explored the feasibility of using natural freezing and thawing process for sufficiently conditioning water and wastewater sludge produced in China's Mainland. The historical average temperature data (1960~1990) for major cities were first collected. Then, the freezing and thawing times required to condition various thickness of sludge layer were accordingly calculated by the mathematical model. This information was used to estimate the surface area needed and the sludge thickness applicable for the sludge freezing bed. Whilst the feasibility to condition sludge with the assistance of natural climate change in the major cities was evaluated.
