116例断肢(指)再植术后高压氧治疗的护理

目的观察高压氧治疗断肢(指)再植的护理要点。方法对116例断肢(指)再植术后患者进行高压氧治疗及护理。结果治疗断肢(指)再植术后患者116例,治愈70例,好转41例,无效5例,总有效率达95.7%。结论高压氧治疗断肢(指)再植术后患者过程中,精心的护理是提高治疗效果的重要环节。

Objective To summarize nursing points for patients with hyperbaric oxygenation therapy after amputated fingers (limbs) replantation. Method One hundred and sixteen patients after amputated fingers (limbs) replantation received hyperbaric oxygenation therapy and corresponding nursing. Results Among 116 patients,70 cases were cured,41 cases were improved,and 5 patients were inefficient. The total efficiency rate was 95.7%. Conclusion During the process of hyperbaric oxygenation therapy for patients with replantation of amputated fingers (limbs), good nursing is important for enhancing the treatment effect.[
