In order to mould personalities of students by designing human cultural scene in university campus, the treatise, based on the analysis of the formative elements in human cultural scene expounds the theory that how human cultural scene mold students personality. It also points out the inner relationship among the optimization of cognition, the molding of temperament and the forming of willpower, and suggests measures on how to design such view.
