摘要 利用大型有限元程序Ansys的参数化设计语言,对模型进行智能化网格剖分、材料参数设定、模型几何参数设置,完成了多种节径比的正方形排列管束的建模,并采用流固耦合法进行了管束在两种流体中的动特性计算。通过计算结果分析,得出了一些有价值的结论,可供从事换热器等化工设备设计的工程技术人员参考。 First, four kinds of grids of heat exchanger square arrays and fluid region around tube bundles are built, the material and geometric parameters are set intelligently by using the Ansys parametric design language (APDL) in the Ansys software. Dynamic characteristic analysis of heat exchanger tube bundles is calculated by the fluid-solid interaction analysis. By means of analysis of calculated results, some useful conclusions are given, which may be used as the references for the designing of heat exchanger and chemical equipments.
