On the Relation between Revolutionary Measures of Paris Commune and the Political Civilization Construction of Socialist Political Civilization

The revolutionary measures of Paris Commune have started the first step of the political civilization construction of socialist. It has offered a lot of helpful experience for the construction of the modern political civilization. However, because the material civilization and the spiritual civilization at that time were not perfect enough, the Paris Commune did not deal with the relationship between the political civilization and those two kinds of civilization properly. Moreover, such political civilization measures as direct election, the whole people are elected have exceeded the historical condition at that time and were very difficult to fulfill. All these caused the Paris Commune to fail too finally.
