竞争法是国家规范市场行为 ,促进和保护公平竞争的法律规范的总称。我国反垄断法应以禁止行政垄断、规范行业垄断、防范一般性垄断为目标。应当明确 ,严重的非法垄断是经济犯罪 。

Competition law is the generic term of legal norm that nation regulates the market behaviors, promotes and maintains the fair competition. Antimonopoly law of China should take forbidding the administrative monopoly, regulating the trade monopoly and preventing unclassified monopoly as its aim. It must be definite that serious illegal monopoly is economic crime and the special institution of antimonopoly should be set up.
