摘要
冲突管理对于项目的成败起着关键性的作用 ,但一直不为项目管理者重视。认识项目的冲突并且进行有效的预防控制是项目成功的有力保证 。
Conflict management plays a key role to the success of a project, however for a long time, the project administrator has not been paid attention to it. Realizing conflicts of the project and taking effective measures to control them are the strong guarantee for a successful project, especially solving the conflicts of personality artistically.
