留住顾客是企业成功的关键。当前企业应该集中精力于提高顾客保留率。根据影响顾客保留的决定因素 ,采取有效措施实施顾客保留管理 。
Customer retention is pivotal to an enterprise’s success. Enterprise should focus on raising their retention rate. And they should take effect measures to carry on the management of customer retention according to the factors influencing it, then realizing the goal of maintain the optimum customers
