摘要
目的测定大黄溶剂萃取工艺提取物与SFE CO2 工艺提取物中大黄酚、大黄酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄素、大黄素甲醚等 5种蒽醌含量。方法先用CHCl3 超声振荡提取游离蒽醌 ,再将残渣中结合蒽醌进行水解 ,CHCl3 热回流提取 ;采用HPLC法测定含量。结果与结论从 5种蒽醌的转移率来看 ,SFE CO2
Objective to determine 5 anthraquinones such as chrysophanol, rhein, aloe emodin, emodin and physcion in rhubarb extracts by solvent extraction and SFE-CO 2. Methods CHCl 3 was used to extract free anthraquinones by ultrasonic vibration; conjugated anthraquinones in residue was hydrolyzed and then extracted by thermal reflux in CHCl 3. The analytical column was Allitima RP C 18 (250×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.1%TFA-HCN(17∶83). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was 280 nm and the reference wavelength was 600 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results considering the extracting rate of 5 anthraquinones, SFE-CO 2 was better than solvent extraction.
