HPLC法测定力蜚能胶囊含量及含量均匀度

Quantitative determination and content uniformity of niferex capsule by HPLC

目的建立在酸性条件下 ,力蜚能胶囊中含铁量的测定方法。方法HPLC法 ,以NuoleosilODS柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,10μm)为固定相 ,流动相为乙腈 -四丁基氢氧化铵溶液 (6∶94 ) ,流速为 1.5mL/min ,检测波长为 30 0nm。 结果线性范围为 19.77～ 98.89μg/mL ,回收率为 99.4 % ,RSD =1.5 %。 结论本法结果准确 ,重复性良好 ,方法简便。

Objective A method to determinate the ferric content of the niferex capsule in the acidic medium by HPLC was established. Methods HPLC Nuoleosil ODS Column(250 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm),the mobile phase constisted of Acetonitnle-Teralammonium hydroxide solution (6:94),flow rate 1.5 mL/min,Detection was done at 300nm. Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 19.77～98.89 μg/mL. The average recoveries(n=9) were 99.4% (RSD=1.5%). Conclusion This method is accurate ,good reproducibility and is very suitable for Niferex Capsule.
