图书出版发行体制改革探析

Analysis on the system reform about book publication and distribution

本文从流动书摊销售高价低折图书这一现象出发,分析了图书出版发行业种种不正常现象的成因和危害,探讨了改革出版发行业体制、健全相应的法律法规、依托行业协会科学管理和规范出版发行行为的一些途径和方法。

Nowadays,books are sold at great discounts in and outside bookstall,which causes unfair competition in bookmarket,eventually do harm to publication.It is analyzed the causes and results of this phenomenon,and aimed to come up with ways of reform in publishing system,the perfection of relevant laws and regulations for scientific management and standard publication in this paper.
