摘要
通过对隧道衬砌工程施工的调研,并经过理论分析和结构计算,结合多年隧道施工的实际经验,开发研制出了电动整体式衬砌台车,这种台车它具有机械自动化程度高、可重复利用率高、变断面的可调性强的特点,因此,它大大提高了隧道的施工速度和衬砌质量,从而为隧道工程的施工创造良好的经济效益。
Through making investigation and studies of the construction of tunnel liner, theory analiysis and structure calculation, with many years practical experiences of tunnel construction, the electric whole lining loop wheel machine was developed, this loop wheel machine possesses a high machinery automation, a high ratio of repeatable utilization, and strong adjustability of tapered section. So it has put on the speed of tunnel construction and improved the quality of liner, and made good economic profit
