宽带薪酬是一种全新的收入分配模式,有利于创造学习型的企业文化,有利于提升企业的核心竞争优势和企业的整体绩效,在现代企业中具有广阔的应用前景。国有大型建筑企业管理层和决策层的组织机构正逐步呈现扁平化的趋势,如果在收入分配制度改革中,合理应用宽带薪酬模式设计符合企业特点的薪酬方案,对企业保持自身组织灵活性和有效适应外部环境竞争将会起到重要作用。
