摘要
探讨Pb2+在双硫腙为流动载体、Span 80为表面活性剂的煤油 柠檬酸乳化液膜体系中的迁移.考察乳化液膜油内比(Roi)、乳水比(Rew)以及外水相的pH值、载体用量等因素对铅(Ⅱ)迁移率的影响.通过实验得出最佳条件:以1g/L的双硫腙为流动载体,Span 80为表面活性剂,民用煤油为膜溶剂,0.5mol/L的柠檬酸为内水相,外水相的pH值为5.5,Roi取1∶1,Rew取1∶5.采用该乳化液膜分离技术对含Pb2+100mg/L的水样进行处理,铅(Ⅱ)的迁移率可达99%.
The transfer process of Pb^(2+) in kerosene-citric acid emulsifying liquid membrane system was studied by dithizone as flowing carrier and Span-80 as surface active agent in the paper. Some transfer conditions involving inner solution, R_(oi), R_(ew), pH of outer solution, content of dithizone were studied. The optimal experimental condition was obtained: inner solution is critic acid, R_(oi) is 1∶1; R_(ew) is 1∶5; Concentration of inner solution is 0.5 mol/L; pH of outer solution is 5.5; Content of dithizone is 1 g/L. The transfer ratio of Pb^(2+) can reach 99 % by using this emulsifying liquid membrane separation technique.
