聚(N-十二烷基-3-丙酰基吡咯)的合成研究

摘要  合成一种吡咯的双取代衍生物:N 十二烷基 3 丙酰基吡咯,用化学氧化法对其实施聚合反应.该导电聚合物可溶于一般的有机溶剂,用溶液浇铸制膜的方法可制得有较好强度的自支撑柔软薄膜,掺杂后用四电极方法测得的电导率是4.0×10-3S/cm.通过元素分析、GPC、FT IR、pro ton NMR等手段对其分子结构进行表征.与聚(3 丙酰基吡咯)相比,电导率降低约2个数量级,对此现象进行了讨论. The paper described the synthesis of a new monomer:N-lauryl-3-propanoyl pyrrole. It can polymerize by oxidative coupling method with ferric chloride to give a soluble conductive polymer. The conductivity of its solution-cast film is about 4×10^(-3) S/cm by standard four-probe method. The IR and ~1NMR spectra of the polymer are consistent with the regular 2,5-bondings of pyrrole rings, so the polymer has a well-defined structure. The elemental analysis verified that the doping level is low,so the polymer is much lower in conductivity than polypyrrole.
