摘要
本文以实验室研究与现场验证相结合,观察了高温长跑锻炼对人体的适应性影响。实验室研究长跑组和对照组各15人,现场验证各20人。锻炼期前后,全部受试者各进行一次热应激标准试验。结果显示,锻炼组直肠温度、股温、心率、出汗量、心肌氧耗指数,K值,疲劳症状发生率和RPE较锻炼前均显著降低,全血乳酸含量和血压变化明显改善,而Vo_2max和PWC170大大增加。但对照组变化不大。高温长跑锻炼能够明显提高耐热力、体力和延缓疲劳。
This paper reported the results of laboratory and field study of the effect of long running in hot climate on heat acclimation of human body. SeventY subjects were randomly and equally divided into the training group and control group with 15 Young males for laboratory experiment and 20 Young males for field exper(?)ment in each group. Before and after the training period, a standard heat stress test was performed. The results showed that in the training groups, the Trec,Tthi, HR, sweat volume, oxygen consumption index of myocardium, value K, occurrence of fatigue symptoms and RPE all reduced significantly and the value of blood lactic acid and BP improved obviously, while Vo2 max and PWC170 rose greatly when compared with those in pretrainiag. However, there were no significant changes observed in the control groups. In short, the training of long running in heat could enhance the heat tolerance, physical strength and delay fatigue significantly.
