关节镜下可吸收钉治疗髁间棘撕脱性骨折疗效观察

Treatment of avulsion fracture of tibial eminence with absorbable screws under arthroscopy

目的 探索关节镜下治疗髁间棘撕脱性骨折的一种新方法.方法 6例新鲜髁间棘撕脱性骨折患者,关节镜下复位,可吸收钉内固定.结果 6例骨折复位满意,固定可靠,术后随访3～12个月,X光片显示骨折愈合良好,关节功能良好.结论 关节镜下可吸收钉内固定治疗髁间棘撕脱骨折具有微创、操作简便、固定可靠的特点,同时为治疗髁间棘撕脱性骨折提供了一种新方法.

Objective To investigate a new devised arthroscopically surgical treatment method for avulsion fracture of tibial eminence. Methods 6 cases of new avulsion fracture of tibial eminence were treated with absorbable screws arthroscopically. Results All patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months with average of 4.8 months. The clinical results were proved to be satisfied radiographically, demonstrating the excellent reduction and union of the avulsed fragements of tibial eminence. The satisfactory movement range and stability of injured knees were established in all cases. Conclusion The micro-trauma arthroscopic surgical treatment of avulsion fracture of tibial eminence with absorbable screws can provide firm fixation, and the therapy to be operated easily.
