摘要
目前在远程教育中的素质教育实施带有着更多的探索性质。远程教育的生命力在于开放性和教学现代化,其素质教育的推进也必然依托和显现于这两大优势之中,形式的开放性、手段的网络化、学习行为的个别化、模式选择的多样性,成为鲜明特色。理想状态的素质教育实施,尚有赖于远程教育环境的逐步完善,有赖于人才培养模式改革的不断深化,有赖于科学评价体系的最终确立,致使教育环境、教学模式、评价体系成为影响甚至决定素质教育成功实施的三大要素。
The implementation of quality educa tion in distance education has much t o do in research area and the vital force of distance education lies in its openness and modernization,on both of which the quality education is based and in return characterizes th e openness,web-learning,self-dir ected learning,and the diversity of learn-ing.The quality education in an ideal situation depends on the further re form in talent training project,the im-provement of distance learning environment and the construction of evaluation system.So,educational environ-ment,teaching models and evaluatio n system have great effect on quality education.
