本文以现代化为主题,借鉴当代国家现代化研究理论、概念和方法,对中国职成高校学报编辑出版现代化状态进行了初步分析。提出了追踪“名刊工程”,煅铸职成高校学报第二次现代化的观点,及原创性引导力是职成高校煅铸学报现代化新水平的首要资源与核心能力的基本理念和方法。

This article focused on the moderniz ation analyses the spirit of contemp orary China’s adult college journals by referring to the theorie s,concepts and methods in moderniza tion research.It presents an idea of“tracing famous publishing engineering”and improving the adult college jour nals to its second modernization and it also presents the basic notion and method that the original creative le ading power is the initial resources and the core ability to improve the adult college journals to a new stage.
