当今世界竞技体操向着高难、创新的方向发展,没有独创的高难动作和自己的技术风格是很难登上世界冠军宝座的.随着训练水平的不断提高,在训练中除了要加强身体全面素质及专项素质的训练和提高技术水平外,在训练中还要遵循超负荷训练恢复的原则,只有更好地掌握运用超负荷训练恢复的基本原则,才能使运动员保持良好的竞技状态,达到高质量完成动作的目的,取得最佳成绩.
In the world nowadays when gymnastic contests head in the direction of being highlytechnical and creative,no action with exclusive techniques and no technical style of one' s own isa great barrier to ascend the throne of the world champion.With the increasing improvement oftraining level,physical training is necessary to be enhanced both in full qualities of bodies and inspecial qualities so as to improve the technical level.Meanwhile,it is a must to abide by the prin-ciple of excess training.Only if the basic principle of recovery from excess training is best mas-tered and employed,athletes can keep themselves in good contest state and consequently the re-sult of accomplishing actions with high-quality and achieving the best in contests is followed.
