The combination of production, teaching and research is inevitable through the development of technical institute. However, there is no stable mode to follow. The technical institute should bring its talents and intellectuals into full play and cooperate with other sectors from multiple channels and forms to promote the capability of both sides in competition. Technology and transferring of scientific and technological achievements plays a key role in the invention of new combination modes. The idea that institute must provide talents and technical service for local economic development should be set up and make an effort to develop with its own features.
