贫困地区的农业投入状况及对策分析

On the status quo and countermeasures of agricultural investment in poverty-stricken areas

全面建设小康社会,实现城乡统筹,关键是解决贫困地区的"三农"问题。解决贫困地区"三农"问题的根本措施有两个,一是解决农业投入问题,二是解决农民消费问题。本文主要从分析农业投入的一般绩效出发,着重探讨贫困地区的农业投入状况及增加贫困地区农业投入的对策。

There are two basic measures to address the problems facing China's agriculture, rural areas and farmers: One is to increase investment in agriculture and the countryside; another is to solve the problems of farmers' consumption. Only in this way can we realize the goal of establishing on the whole a well-off standard of living in this country and coordinating the development between urban and rural areas. From the perspective of general agricultural investment results, the author tries to analyse the status quo of agricultural investment and countermeasures of increasing agricultural investment in poverty-stricken areas.
