摘要
论述了金属棒材涡流探伤仪的设计思路和实现方法,该探伤仪能自动完成棒材的探伤并能在伤痕处打上标记,由单片机控制提高了探伤的精度和速度。在金属棒材加工过程中有重要的实用价值。
The design and realization of eddy current detector for metal stick are presented in this paper. The detector can be used automatically in defecting and marking defections; inspection accuracy and speed is promoted by single chip processor. This is important in the practice of processing.
