ON THE PRINCIPLE OF FREE ELECTION

自由选举是选举权的题中之义 ,自由选举原则是真正实现代议制的关键。在我国建设法治国家的过程中 ,自由选举原则理应在立法中得到完善 ,在实践中得到尊重。

The right for free election is the connotation of the election right of the citizens. Free election is the key of the realization of the Representative System. In the course of building a country ruled by law, the principle of free election should be perfected in legislation and honored in practice.
