自我暗示和放松训练是运动员进行心理调整的主要方法,主要有呼吸练习、逐步放松练习、冥想练习、表象训练四种方式。
Autosuggestion and relaxation training are major methods for athletes to carry out psychological adjustment, and they include four techniques: respiration exercise, gradual relaxation exercise, meditation exercise, and vision training.
