摘要 全面素质教育包括对学生进行科学精神的培养、人文素质的培养以及道德品质的培养几个方面,目的是将学生培养成具有综合素质和创新能力的全面发展的人。实施全面素质教育不仅应发挥好教师的“导向作用”,还应发挥好学生的主体作用。 Being China's strategy of cultivating qualified personnel in the 21st century, the so-called over-all character education is of key importance for this country to achieve great educational development in the new century. Overall character education is meant to implant scientific spirit, humanistic spirit and virtue in the students' mind, aiming at shaping them into fully-developed people with comprehensible qualities and creative ability. To carry out over-all character quality, we should not only bring into full play of the teachers' role of guidance, but the students' role as the main body.
