民办高校发展的若干思考

Reflections on the Development of Private Colleges and Universities

民办高校发展是我国实现高等教育大众化、普及化的必由之路。本文从传统观念、不公平竞争、教师队伍建设、学生就业等方面分析影响民办高校发展的因素提出促进民办高校稳定、健康、快速发展的对策。

To develop private colleges and universities is necessary for China to achieve the popularization of higher education. This paper probes into some factors which affect the development of private colleges and universities, such as traditional values, unfair competition, the building -up of teaching staff, and the employment of students. And this paper also puts forward some proposals to promote the steady, healthy and rapid development of private colleges and universities.
