加强高校青年教师思想政治工作的几点思考

Some Reflections on How to Enhance the Ideological Work of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities

加强对高校青年教师的思想教育工作是目前我国高等教育领域中一项极为主要的工作。加强对高校青年教师的思想教育工作的途径和方法，一是党政领导干部要高度重视，率先垂范；二是牢牢把握理想信念教育这个核心；三是要把思想政治工作渗透于教师的教学、科研工作之中，把思想政治教育和良好的服务以及严格的管理工作相结合；四是把思想政治工作做为一项长期的工作来抓；五是要坚持层次性原则，选择多样化的形式和方法。

It is a work of great importance to enhance ideological education to young teachers in the field of higher education in China. To enhance this work, cadres in the Party and in administration should give high attention in the first place, and our work should center on the education of ideal and faith. Ideological work should be carried out in teachers' teaching process and scientific research work, and ideological education should be united with good service and strict supervision. We also must be aware that ideological education should be a regular work, and we should employ various forms and methods to achieve multi-layer operation.
