摘要
从合理使用医疗技术人才、精心培养科室管理接班人、加强医院管理人才的建设、创造科技人才成长环境、构筑留住人才的高地五个方面剖析医院人才管理的现状与对策。
This paper probes into the present situations of staff management in hospitals and some relevant countermeasures from the following five aspects: appropriate employment of medical technicians, training of successors to the head of various departments, enhancement of the building-up of hospital managerial personnel, nurturing of a superior environment for technical and scientific personnel to develop, and the constructing of more comfortable working conditions.
