进入新世纪以来,随着经济全球化步伐的加快,食品安全问题已引起了世界各国的广泛关注,成为各国政府福利民生、促进发展、保持稳定的重大课题。为进一步提高食品安全治理水平,切实保障广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全,我国正在全力推进食品安全事业的各项改革。解决中国的问题需要世界的眼光,理性认知食品安全治理的国际发展定势是科学推进我国食品安全事业改革的重要前提。
After entry new century,food safety has aroused the general concern with quickening globalization.To enhance the food administration,China government is promoting the reform in field of food safety.'Solving Chinese problem need global view,rational knowledge of international food administration is important premise of advancing reform of food safety,which includes whole administration,government administration,enterprises administration,unified administration and scientific administration,'said by Mr.Xu Jinghe,deputy director-general of Department of Food Safety Supervision of SFDA.
